The 1 young person 1 solution plan, launched on July 23, 2020 by the Government, aims to offer a solution to every young person. All situations are different, and the aim is to leave no one by the wayside.
Since August 1, 2020 and the launch of the "1 young person, 1 solution" plan at Eurofeu, we have set up 38 contracts:
- 24 employees hired under the age of 26,
- 14 work-study students hired by the Group over the 2020-2021 school year.
We didn't wait for this scheme to play our part and establish our social commitment. We recruit young people with no formal qualifications, and train them to pass the "CAP Agent Vérificateur d'appareils extincteurs et RIA". For the past 3 years, the success rate for this diploma among Group employees has been almost 80%. In 2019, 47 employees (all age groups) obtained the CAP, compared with 46 in 2018!
We are all committed to the 1 young person 1 solution plan.
