At Eurofeu, we are proud to announce significant advances in our policy in favor of disability and inclusion. As a responsible employer, we are committed to promoting the integration of people with disabilities within our company. Here is an overview of our recent actions:
📜 Renewal of our Handicap Agreement
Eurofeu Services, with its more than 1,200 employees, has renewed its approved agreement in favor of the employment and continued employment of disabled workers. This commitment, renewed for the period from the end of 2024 to 2026, marks a new step towards an ever more inclusive company. New actions will be implemented to improve support for these employees and reinforce our social responsibility.
🤝 Partner of the Progress Activator Network
We have also joined the network of 13,000 companies sharing the values of inclusion and integration of people with disabilities. At Eurofeu, we are convinced that diversity within teams stimulates innovation, creativity and progress. By joining this network, we are affirming our desire to contribute actively to an inclusive working environment.
📢 Your Disability Advisors
Adrien Morizet and Manon GrossetĂŞte, our Disability Advisors, play a key role in implementing our disability policy. Their mission? To transform this policy into concrete action through communication initiatives, training, partnerships and individual support for the employees concerned.
