Our acquisitions

Under the impetus of Chairman Eric Hentgès, the Group has stepped up its acquisitions drive, with almost 15 deals completed since 2020 across the whole of France, ranging from smaller organizations (fewer than 10 people) to more structured ones (over 100 people).

The Eurofeu group is keeping an active watch on the market, and is on the lookout for new acquisition opportunities in the fire safety market (sales, installation, maintenance).

Our experience in the acquisition market has enabled us to set up a streamlined process and to position ourselves within short deadlines:

- Signing of a confidentiality agreement allowing the disclosure of certain key information

- Meeting with the Eurofeu Acquisition team to gain a better understanding of your business and discuss the range of possibilities.

- Formulation of a letter of intent to buy (commonly known as a LOI) enabling you to assess the scope of the operation (scope, timetable, financial conditions, etc.).

- If our letter of intent is accepted, we will carry out audits to confirm our convictions.

- Signature of a sale agreement and final transfer of the sale price
