What are the safety instructions at work?
Safety instructions are precise, customizable information designed to inform all building occupants of the dangers and actions to be taken in the event of fire, evacuation or workplace accident.
There are three types of safety instructions:
- general instructions concerning the entire establishment and applying to all personnel: organization of evacuation and response, location of response equipment, etc. ... ;
- special instructions for certain personnel: reception/stand, security control room, PPE/ESI/EIT, evacuation team members, etc. ;
- specific instructions for certain types of work (hot-spot work, work in or near an ATEX zone, etc.) or certain premises (workshops, warehouses, storage areas, etc.).

How do you write safety instructions?
Safety instructions must be :
- Clear, precise and concise
- Legible, consistent (thanks in particular to NF X 08-070 pictograms)
- Exhaustive (all possible risks must be anticipated)
- Regularly checked and updated
General safety instructions include the following:
- A clear, precise title,
- Permanent or temporary.
- the context in which the instruction applies;.
- The various actions to be taken: stopping a fire, who to notify, nearby warning systems,
- Emergency numbers to contact: reminder of emergency numbers, message content,
- evacuation or safety procedures

Our instructions
General safety instructions
A safety instruction is a set of information that complements the prevention of safety signals. A safety instruction provides information on possible specific risks (electrical risk, fire risk, etc.) in relation to the company's or establishment's activity, and on what to do in the event of an accident (notify emergency services, organize evacuation, etc.).
